We provide tracking information for all orders. You can track your order on the Site or through the shipping carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship only within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return Policy

At Apex52, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products in accordance with our return policy, which is as follows:

Eligible Products

We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be in new, unused condition
  • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Products must be returned with all original packaging and accessories
Return Process

Refunds

We issue refunds for eligible products within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned product. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Return

Shipping Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return is delivered to us.

Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for the following products:

Damaged or Defective Products
